Oh, and my brother's friend enjoyed telling me the other day that in our lifetime we eat X amount of spiders on average (can't remember how many as all I could hear was "eat" and "spider" and in my mind those two things do not equate!).

I'm tempted to cellotape my mouth together at night LOL

Yep, we've got to have a laugh about it, although at the time laughing is the last thing I want to do.

Just to amuse you - here are a couple of my Spider Horror Stories:

I was waiting for a lift from someone and was standing under a tree (which I don't do any more!) when suddenly I saw something whizz down in front of my face, followed by a tickling in my cleavage area - yes, you've guessed it - a pervy spider dropped down my blouse. Couldn't have aimed better if he'd tried LOL.

Now picture driving along and you spot a woman, well-dressed and respectable looking, jumping up and down like a loony and lifting her top up etc etc - oh the shame!

Next story is a bit of a weird one and I still can't explain it to this day. I was up in Scotland, staying with rellies, and they had a few "resident" spiders named George and Fred - arrrgh - anyway, one night I was fast asleep and I dreamt that there was a huge black spider on the wall next to my bed - the dream terrified me so much that I woke up, switched on the light - and there on the wall next to my bed was A HUGE BLACK SPIDER!!! Huh? Baffled or what?

One of the reasons why I don't have wallpaper any more LOL - easier to clean the mess off paint. Have also done away with carpets since I moved. Oh yes, I'm getting well organised in my battle against THEM!
