your pardon is begged!!! lol you would make a good boss go for it!!!!!!! i know that bein in charge is not nice sometimes but i normally get on well with who i work with and i dont rub it in that i am their boss it usually works that we are all equal.... and that is the way i like it i am no better that any one there just been there longer thats all!! |
