my mum was the tops

I have total contempt for mY daughter-in-law. We used to get on....well tolerate each other i guess.... but because of her nasty nature and my son being such a bloody wimp!!!!!! i lost the little contact i had with my grandson(his child from a previous relationship) Because i spoke out about her interferance, my son stopped speaking to me...... i have phoned him at work, and seen him a couple of times, but he now ignores me completely.....It will be 10 yrs in Sept. He is my only son ( i have 5 daughters too) He now has a daughter aged 7 who i have seen twice. I can't say i hate her as she is the mother of my grandchild. But, God, how i miss my son. Jean xx

Hoff NO! don't burn him, tempting though it may be! Does he know you hate him and why? also, and it is hard to say not knowing the circumstances, he may not always have been the way you know him? He may have started out ok but been 'soured' by life or his own experiences as a child? Thats not an excuse but it might be a reason.............. As someone who is not given to hating many people, when I do it cuts deep but I do know it doesn't do any good for you to feel like that. Rosexx
