He will feel better once he can go home. I am sure he is frustrated, i remember my dad was when he had his stroke. he did get the use of his arm and leg back and the droop in his mouth went eventually too. Hope it is the same for your dad Mandy. (((hugs))) Ann Glos |

Thank you all very much for your kind words and thoughts for my Dad. I know lots of you remember the 'Ask Jeeves' story so you almost 'know' Dad. He's really interested in my research too and often asks how my friends are on here. I've just got back from the hospital, he's more frustrated than anything else because he can't get his right hand and foot to do what he wants, and his mouth is drooping a little at one side (like when you've had an injection at the dentist). Hopefully he'll be able to come home by the end of the week. Thanks again, Love Mandy xx |
