OK - as I say, we don't live far away, so we can easily pop in and see who's arrived! My only concern is that the Conservatory area is quite large and the pub may not be too happy that they've put it aside for so few people. I guess we could tell them when we get there - there's a big bar area, so we could probably just stay in that area and get a biggish table in there. Or tell them that we'll just use a bit of it - how about that?

Hi - we usually wear name badges. Whoevers first there announce our arrival to the Manager or whoever. Have we any idea how many yet?

NB: If there's footy on Sky, the main bar may be a bit noisy! So let's stick to the Conservatory if that's possible, we can step out into the sunshine there (hopefully!)
