Hi everyone , Thankyou all so much , The outcome today is that the scan has shown a SLIGHT abnormality , Emma's Dr's are as certain as can be that it's dead , They have decided to do a monthly scan to determine her progress , She has now been put on 6months oral chemo , which is taken in tablet form , must be whole & not crushed , ! She's not gonna like that . Dr's in USA feel Emma needs 12 months chemo + radiotherapy , but she's had so much already . Only her mummy & daddy can make the next decission , & it's a huge decission , Do they allow Emma to have more chemo & hope the neuroblastoma doesn't return , & not go to America , ( in which case the money raised will go to the Neuroblastoma trust in the uk . Or go ahead & go to America ) I'll know more later so will update or ammend you all then . Special thanks to Joy for all her support & to each & everyone of you Thankyou , The outlook is far better than we wer'e all thinking . Love Karen xx |
