Same here ive got a best set too mine are illustrated. And you do find out more from the books each time you read them plus i read the appendices and the other books to find out more of what happened before and after the main story. Gawd listen to me people with think im a right nerd lol Im so sad i went for the Arwen look when i got married lol But you are right it would be so great to have a house like Bilbo's

Jax, snap! I have read them so many times that one set of paper backs was falling apart so have bought another one 'for best' lol.
