Next week they have middle aged ladies on. That's in my age group. I tend to dress like the Mum's did as I have a large Labrador dog to tends to drule all over me, so it's tracksuit bottoms and tee shirts at home anyway. Jo.

Maz (the Royal One) in the East End 9256 Report 30 Sep 2004 17:14

They didn't just look different - they WERE different. Full of confidence, smiling and really happy. The bright, scary one had always worn a hairpiece, but once she had her hair cut and coloured she could see how 'minging' (in her words!) it had looked! The other girl (mum of triplets) was a scared little mouse, who became a really elegant and confident young woman. I think they both were transformed and their whole lives will be better for it. Maz. XX ps I love the show and have also read the 2 books (from the library) and a lot (but not ALL!!!) of what Trinny and Tranny say makes sense.

i find that their personal taste in clothes are not much to go on so i think it's abit of a cheek them saying that people have no dress sense.xxxx(:

I saw an article about Trinny and whatsherface in a magazine, saying how little dress sense they really did have and showing pictures of them in offending outfits, I find them quite rude,,feeling contestants boobs and riduling thier size./shape etc. No wonder that poor girl cried.

yes, GOD what a state she looked. Not surprising that they threw awaye virtually her whole wardrobe. Hideous.

Unknown Report 30 Sep 2004 14:32

Yeah Ok I'd have been mortified too. On the positive though - what a remarkable transformation from that timid plain little mouse... she looked quite good by the end of the show. As for the other one... say no more !! lol

Carol, As they said on the show, it isn't about fashion, it's about what clothes suit you.

yes, but in fairness, she was wearing a dress lol I hadn't seen it before. Found it quite amusing that the people who went on the show still argued about what they should be wearing until the bitter end(if they thought they were right, why were they on the show ?), but of course in the end the stylists were proven right.
