hi crista- brilliant ! personally, i find it offensive when people repeat on the boards e mails they have been sent by other members. this should be dealt with off the boards.sue.

I think the biggest mistake is to be too prolific with threads. One person can dominate all and push other, slower moving, question and answer threads, usually the result of careful thought by a number of people interacting, off into oblivion. Surely one or two threads a day per member is adequate. I wonder why the popular "General Topics" board is limited to 15 pages whereas the "Success Stories" is given 33.3% more ? Could it be GR self interest? len
