Going away for the week-end so i thought I would leave a little thread. Not you of course, but what tiny little bits of deviousness are played out on partners when annoyance reigns. For instance I know a lady who deliberately puts the remote control in a position where I, I mean my friend, actually has to get up out of his armchair to prove that he is the lord of the tv. What happened to marriage vows, particularly 'obey'? As I,m away I,ll leave my favourite girl friend in charge of this thread. Happy days

when I got married I dropped the 'obey' bit.

Just as I thought - the female is deadlier than the male. Oh, yes, my friends wife occasionally 'forgets' to sugar her masters tea and he has to go into the cold kitchen to do it himself. gone now. happy days

My 'better' half has this habit of 'putting' things away so that they are not a temptation to the grandkids? or the dog, or just for safe keeping, but doesnt tell me ...........until i go looking, and then its ' Why didnt you ask? instead of mooching around?'...cant win......

There's nothing wrong with the word 'obey'!! I always obey!, I tell myself to do something and I then obey myself.. works just fine in my life!! ;0))

My best friend was having trouble with her hubby drinking a lot. She used to wash 'herself' with his facecloth as a secret revenge!

I had forgotten about this one my girlfriend did she found out her boyfriend was cheating on her so she cleaned the toilet with his toothbrush and put it back , and I remember once when Mike and I had only been married a little while and had a big row over something trivial as one does and I wrote him a note and put it in his sandwich which told him how I felt about him and he said he ate the sandwich with it in cause he wouldn't take the note out in front of the other brickies, even funnier was the fact he left me a note saying well the fact you made my lunch before you went to bed only proves I must have been right and that you are sorry thanks for admitting it LOL Lara x
