My fist grandchild was born last night at ten o'clock. His name is David Scott McGuire and he is the 7th generation of our family to come from the small town of Whithorn in Dumfries and Galloway. Just returned from the 140 mile roundtrip to my LOCAL maternity hospital and he is a wee cracker. Thank you to eveybody for all your goodwishes. He must have put a spell on Scotland cos they actually won a game of rugby !! Proud grandad, Shaun |
