patches are at the ready ! first thing in the morning ! one on the arm- and one over the mouth !!! have printed out honey's thread, and i am taking it to work to read when i feel i need some support ! i am hoping not too many of my staff resign over the next few days . but... it has to be done . |

I have been off them for 5 yrs and 6 months so if I can you can put the money you usually spend in to a jar then treat your self when you have saved a good bit up |
