Well done Peter...day five here already.!! You have kicked the habit, you should have your taste back and things should smell sweeter now. Don't give in to your urge of wanting a ciggie...if you lasted 5 days...you CAN carry on. Support is a great help and I will check in on your progress...and your wife...hope you are both feeling better too. Anne :)))

Good morning Peter & Wife....well done. Lovely to smell things ' differently' now isn't it? I have found that the smell and taste of things is totally different from when I smoked...amazing!! Keep up the good work, Anne :)))

Still doing fine. Do they do water proof patches I keep sweting mine off. Did a spot of gardening, and stopped becuse it started raining and not becuse I was out of breath.

Have gone down to 10 mil Patch and doing fine. Can even handle others Smoking close to me BOY DOSE IT SMELL.
