Shuffle off this mortal coil, or even bite the dust! I shall be buried in a bright green Ecopod (100% environmentally friendly), leave enough money for a great party (no crying allowed...well maybe a few tears!), and lots of music, singing and dancing.. my only regret is that I shall miss the fun! Have you made any plans? XXBC

I've said I want to have my funeral before I die so I can check who turns up and to make sure its done as I'd wish it to be!!Lucy x

I have left instructions to say I must be cremated, dont bury me, in case I am not fully dead!! LOL!! Then my ashes are to be kept and put with my husband, shook up and put where ever the boys want us put, but we must be together! Maz x

Jaqc?? You can still be cremated and put with him, if you first, they can put you in his coffin, or if he goes first, your ashes can be added to his burial plot! Maz x

Cremation is less enviromentally friendly. All that CO2. And the objectional smell of burning flesh if you live near a cremetorium. Dave

Cremation - no flowers just a spray of freesias money to RNLI -ashes to be scattered off Chicken Rocks IOM - music - You'll never walk alone, Ferry me cross the Mersey and at the end a good bit of Chris Barber music to set fee tappping. Husband still has not told me what to do with his ashes - last discussion I informed him that I would place them under one of the stepping stones on lawn and I would walk over him regularly - still haven't got a decision. Nice one Dave ! lol Buttercup are you going to Holland to die ? NO need for clogs, sandals will do ... or slippers. And all this stuff about non-inflammable clothes and furniture .......... I do like the idea of having funeral beforehand - thats good, at least you can have some eats and drinks before leaving - but make sure that you are billed AFTER you go.

just as an addendum to my earlier message - my ashes are to be scattered in the rough on the 9th hole of my golf course - spent an awful lot of time in there. happy days
