I have nothing against big vehicles,as long as people can handle them..In a village near me (Bredgar Sittingbourne) a lady taking her kids to school in snow and doing 40mph in 30 area crashed into garden on tight bend and all she said was ' my husband told me to drive this as real good in snow'. Maybe i might be getting this wrong but as i drive rulal areas alot,i find that(in my area)people with discoveries and other 4x4,s seem to have there own highway code book and none of these vehicles are equipt with indicators..Sorry this maybe just here but i can promise,i see it day in and day out.... Wow i feel better now...lol

i dont think you can blame everyone with 4x4's my hubby is a responsible driver and has never had an accident in all of his 30 years of driving. people seem to think that if they have a 4x4 they can do all sorts of amazing things, but that isnt the case. you still have to know how to drive!! 4x4's cant perform miracles. my hubby uses his indicators all the time when he has to,unlike some people who visit the posh shops round here. just because they have a merc, bmw or the such like, they think they own the road lol susie
