I was always bought up to say thank you and if you cant say it face to face how nice by words where you know all the friends that helped are Agree with you all the way Linda

I believe there to be nothing wrong in showing your appreciation to someone else for acknowledging all their hard work and great efforts!! It boils down to being curtious at the end of the day...something some obviously do not have!! Susie xx

Susie, You're right. It's only polite to thank people, but such courtesy seems to have gone out of fashion, as I don't hear it anywhere much these days. (Not necessarily to me, but to anyone.) Thank you for putting up this thread. CB >|<

Thank you all for your Friendship. Special thanks to those of you who are a bit Special to me. You know who you are. Thanks to GR for a great Site where I have just received an email directing me to a Website with loads of info relating to one of mine. Oh, and thanks to the Phantom Nudger for giving us something to grumble about. WE WILL CATCH YOU......Eventually!

I think what Diana's done is brilliant, and I see no reason why she should not thank those who've suported her. I shall be doing the same (although not on this thread, as I don't want to risk the thread being removed). NB, yes, as said on another thread, strictly speaking it may be against the rules to advertise a charitable event on here, so yes, GR may be forced to remove threads. I still pity the people who complain, what shallowe empty lives they must lead.
