Oops.... we are not allowed to have CB's message as its negative.... we can have 'i'm not a mug, I support the Pink Fund for CRUK (logo not words) What do you think of that one? Gaynor Bear can't appear on it unfortunately as there will be fees to pay to the company that produce her!! Pink xx

Diana, Lots of good ideas so far. How about ' Reach for a Pink star ' a blue or pink mug with the lettering in pink or blue? Another idea may be those mugs you can personalise yourself, not sure of the cost, though. On the bottom of the mug you could have the official logo. Sue

Hiya Diane I have read through all the threads here and i think most people are missing your point i think what your looking for is to maintain the momentum gained by your wonderful work and all the publicity being spread all around the country in the media and by all those lovely members with 'Gaynor Bear', therefore all i would suggest to perpetuate Gaynors memory and the Pink fund, you need a picture of 'Gaynor Bear' with those words above or below, also 'The Pink Fund' with perhaps something like Fighting Cancer or For Cancer Research, I think people would identify the mug with what they have seen and heard. After all it is Gaynor and the Pink fund that it's all about. Sorry i have gone on a bit, but just think in the year 2150 it might end up on the antique roadshow!!!!. David

Why not sell mugs in pairs - one pink, one a sludgy brown. On the brown one, have a slogan in pink letters saying - MY OTHER MUG IS PINK ! with the star over the I in Pink? The brown one's for bad days, the pink one's for the good times. CB >|< ;>) X

How about CB's idea of don't be a mug etc.... in BLUE writing with a small pink star as the dot on th i in the word PINK? CRUK's colours are navy and pink so it fits with that!! And i like Mandy Blue Knees idea too!! That's 3 mugs so far!! :O)

Unfortunately due to cost it would have to be all one colour!! Maybe we could just do the lettering in BLUE on white? With an ickle pink star? Our colour may be PINK but as stated before we do need to get the support of no pink people (god forbid there are any)!! LOL!!

Evening all, I like the idea of black with pink star but could the inside be white please. Doesn't make the drink look a horrible colour & looks classier. Vivienne

Actually porcelain and china are the same price so me not bothered either way!! CB and Dorothy - those would have to be a GB mugs and at the moment I am looking at just doing a Pink Fund mug as a starter!! Keep them coming tho!! How about a navy blue mug with three pink bears on the outside, arms round each other, and the silver star over their heads. Motto underneath - 'We're in this together ...' and inside the mug, on the bottom 'THE PINK FUND' in pink letters. CB >|<
