Andy - Muse ? now you're talking ! brilliant band. I saw Radiohead too, in support of REM in 95 at the MK Bowl, they weren't that well know at the time though. |

Paul, I remember missing out on seeing Muse, Coldplay & Stereophonics play in Dusseldorf (where I was living 4 years ago) on Easter weekend, as I decided to come back to Blighty for the long weekend. Been a bit of a small regret missing out on that one. Where I live at present is a bit of a gig wilderness, unfortunately. I forgot to add R.E.M, they played a free gig in Cologne square to the first 1000 people who got there on the day. Got there very early and spent the day sat in the sun amongst the crowd until the band played in the evening. |

Wasn't it the Smash Hits party when the lead singer of Carter USM rugby tackled Philip Schofield, live on TV? The show was over-running and I think their act was cut short in order to make sure that Take That got the remainder of the air-time, much to Carter's annoyance. I think that was the story anyway. Was funny as when I saw it on TV again just recently. |
