If I was you join some kind of club, meet girls of your age then go out and have fun but when you meet some other guy in time do not give your friends up you still have your nights out with them. The reason he is still hanging around is he knows you have no people to go about with so if it falls through with this other person he can come back as he has not let you heal so to speak. So you get out there and enjoy your self and show him he is not needed and not in control any more

Wow, what a load of great suggestions on here; hope you're taking the advice, Saranna! Dav sums it up by saying the ex is the loser in this. Don't let him know how down you feel, otherwise he's won.
