7 for me,but have lived in my present house for 24 years, 2 of my moves were to married qtrs. Thinking of downsizing now family has flown the nest, but then I wouldnt have a spare room for the grandchildren. Think I will stay put now,collected to many bits and pieces,wouldnt find a house big enough. trish xxx |

hiya everyone. many thanks for you replies, i am amazed how many times people have moved.My mother in law ,is 85 and she has lived in 2 houses. one when she was a baby and then she moved with her parents and they both died within 6 months, she took the rental over and in time she got to buy for £200 lol its a 2 bedroom terrace, She has had a grant on it and its all nice and bony x |

Seven since I was born 44 years ago, as well as a room in the nurses home, and apart from where I am now, they have all been demolished, so can't even show my kids where I've lived! Christine |

Started life with parents in rented rooms, 1947 then on to share with rellies so we got council house (brand new) when I was 2 and a bit. Lived there till I was 20 then moved around a bit and now in my 12th residence. Should think there will be at least one and maybe two more moves before I move out of anywhere on this earth. |

3 before I got married then 2 flats 4 houses this house i have been in for 21 years not moving again though it is too big for us I am filling it with dolls houses. Cheaper and easier than moving LOL germaine x |
