Still fag free! But I wanted one sooooo much last night. It was cricket presentation night with lots of lovely food and booze. But my other half told everyone not to give me one! lol Only had a few side effects - constant vivid dreams every time I go to sleep and the usual weight gain. I've put on about 6lb now! Jeanette x |

I had a bath last night Karen if you don't mind! lol I know what you mean though. Yes it feels much softer and has a much better colour. Wonder if the wrinkles will go - probably as the excess fat stretches them out! lol. I have my teeth cleaned every 3 months due to smoking so they are looking much cleaner than they would at this stage. I am due a clean in about a fortnight so they'll look fab! Also my monthly payments to the dentist should go down by about £8 now that I don't smoke. Yipee! |

Good morning all you smoke free people. I had no idea until I stopped smoking how bad I smelt. My husband was a non smoker. How he put up with me I don't know. Karen and Jeanette and anyone else on the 'wagon' one day at a time and you'll do it. Keep at it. Jean x. |

Good for you Karen. For your own sake keep on at it you are doing brilliant and yes the cravings do go, I am off them longer (late March)and I don't get what you could call cravings, sometimes think of them but it's fleeting goes as soon as it comes. Karen and Jeanette I do wish you and everyone else who go through this all the very best I know what it's like and I also know it's worth it. Pat x Joy sometimes it's best not to be reminded unless you want to remind yourself, I certainly would know that feeling. |
