Getting quiet bad here in Tynemouth, and very very cold. Roads are very icy and dangerous. What is it like near you? Jenny x |

We are in north west kent (a few miles outside m25). Had snow last night, and its still lying on the ground though we haven't had any more. Forecast is for heavy snow tomorrow night and friday. Thermometer outside back door says minus 2 degrees centigrade. Sky is still clear. Angela |

It is -2 in my little conservatory. We have heating on full blast set at highest tempreture. It is just about confortably warm. We have 3inches of snow that is frozen solid. Son has been out sledging at our local golf course which is allowed every winter. Going to get into bath now, just spoilt for choice as to what bath goodies to put in. But will defo take a big glass of Bailey's with me and my new book, The Genealogist's Internet by Peter Christian. Looks brill. Jenny. xx |

Snow last night, melted and snowed on and off most of the day. Went to the shops this afternoon in the sunshine and it snowed twice, once for five minutes out of a dark yellow sky and then when I decided to walk home again it came down a treat. Been on and off since but it's all very white outside now in North West Norfolk. :-) Keith |

Right on the NE Coast just south of Middlesbrough - it is snowing at the moment but not as yet freezing - we have a slight layer of snow but thankfully the salt in the air prevents us getting a good layer. Lets hope that continues....have to venture out tomorrow and I hate driving in snow.......... |
