And I am absolutely petrified!! After today I shall be taking a break from the boards so that I can concentrate on preparing for the Trek. The boards are just too addictive and you lot are way too friendly! I may allow myself a weekly peek at the threads though! When do we get all remaining info Diana? Daisy |

Lou, Clif has every right to be proud of his write up, it was very good. Its just a shame that the email addy for donations was in very, very small print, I couldn't even read it. Suzy :o) x |

Oh I do wish I was coming with you all. Hubby did say he would give me the first £1,000 but I just do not know enough folks up here that would help me raise the rest. The relay is not going to be finished in 10 weeks time, so I doubt that GB can come with you either. It is also doubful that it will be finished in 15 weeks so we can celebrate the end of the relay on St, Georges Day in Birmingham. But OMG what celebrations we shall have when the Sahara Trek and Relay has finished. I am sure they will be fantastic. Love Jenny. xx |

Lou, I was successful in getting an ad in two of the local papers round here, and was dead chuffed that they devoted probably about half a page to it. However, it seemed to have little impact initially and the money wasn't coming in but over the last month, I've had more money than I would have expected suddenly arriving and one or two people said they had noticed my ad. So, it's quite possible that it has generated more interest than I probably first thought. As for the time left, 10 weeks is going to go absolutely nowhere. |

I've finally been offered a write up in our local paper and can write it myself so shall hope for a final flurry of interest from that. Daisy |

I had a write up in my local paper re: the balloons race, and very good it was too. I have yet to see any donations made from it unless cheques were sent straight to the Pink fund, but I dought it. Suzy x Daisy.......Good luck with yours xx |
