What can I do to stop being tired all the time?

Well I was going to say the opposite from your other reply, ie It is as you get older that you seem to be always tired, and I should know. Granny |

Bed by 11pm, up at 8am yet despite having about 8 hours sleep I still feel groggy for the morning and again by 7pm. Been doing more exercise and eating more fruit and veg for past month and a bit, but that's supposed to have the opposite effect! Any advice? |
