Bed by 11pm, up at 8am yet despite having about 8 hours sleep I still feel groggy for the morning and again by 7pm. Been doing more exercise and eating more fruit and veg for past month and a bit, but that's supposed to have the opposite effect! Any advice?

Well I was going to say the opposite from your other reply, ie It is as you get older that you seem to be always tired, and I should know. Granny

I could be on here until 11 at night before Christmas and be fine. Ever since I decided to be more healthy has the fatigue kicked in.

Boys keep growing until their 21 so you gould be growing Could be that your new healther diet id missing something - iron? Stress? Worry? Over worked? Not enough exercise - suprising but true, Not getting proper sleep dispite the lengnth you sleep Stop drinking tea, coffee, cola in the evening and try a warm milky drink before bed.

hi dan, did i remember you saying, that you had a bad cold recently, well if so,that could account for it...for instance recovery time from severe cold/flu is gauged by multiplying sick time x3...so sick for a week, allow three weeks for recovery...off sick with flu,for a month, can take three months for full recovery. no harm in seeing your doctor though. bryan.

Thanks for the tips and advice. Diet is better than it's ever been so caffiene is low, fizzy drinks alomost non-existant. Maybe it's just teenage phase (bit late in the for tiredness though) Last time I saw doctor nothing was wrong on blood test so I will just see it through.
