Kids Homework!!! From the letters that make up the words valentines day can someone give me a 7 letter word meaning sate. Thanks its my 5yr old nieces homework and we are all stumped! Bev x 27th Feb....The answer was validate!!

Gimme a clue .......what does sate mean (i'll admit i'm thick as two short planks) obviously a word every 5 year old knows and uses!! is this handwritten by her? do you think she means SEAT

I thought of Satiate but there's only one t. Can you use any of the letters more than once?

My daughter's the same age. It seems daft to me setting a homework that the child can never complete in a million years and that the parents struggle with. Not sure how that helps the learning, but maybe I'm oldfashioned. I have the same quibble with our local school at times. Angela
