That's not right and if I were him, I'd be getting a second opinion. My husband already had a vasectomy when I met him, but because he had had it done years before, it couldnt be reversed. I know for fact the earlier you have the reversal, the greater chance you have that it will be okay. And trust me, I've looked into this. But at least they have one.
