Lucia, I've just seen the aftermath of my post! LMHO I first saw Steve McQueen in 'The Magnificent Seven' film when I was about 11 years old, and there's never been anyone to touch him since. He had a reputation as a hell-raiser and was known to be extremely moody, but I've never been a mill pond either! LOL As looks go, he's my ideal. Stunningly magnetic blue eyes that I'd have followed anywhere. I'm reading yet another biographical book about him now. Every time I see 'The Great Escape', I hope to see him make it over the wire, but I know it'll never happen. LOL If you get the chance, see some of his other films - Bullitt, Love with the Proper Stranger, The Cincinnatti Kid and the original of The Thomas Crown Affair, then maybe you'll get what I'm on about. Not fussed about any of them to be honest. And no I am not of a lesbian persuasion, just can't be bothered with blokes, am quite happy with my own company and that of close friends. |
