As some of you may know I've recently started a new job as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, something I was selected to do despite my lack of experience. I've been struggling with a colleague (My Senior) who's been annoying, patronising and rude. He's been watching me make mistakes and then telling me afterwards not to do them (usually in front of our Boss) regularly, but today he has excelled himself. Having let me make a minor error, he then patted me on the head and said 'You need to start using your head'! Anyone who knows me knows I'm not stupid! I'm so angry/upset it's incredible! :0( |
