Another Baby Boomer here!!! I met Cliff and the Shadows in the 1980s, we were in Birmingham on business at the NEC, crowd of females, ok , about twelve at the back door of the exhibition hall, asked what was happening, Cliff and the Shadows were there................Next thing I saw , they all came out laughing,,,,,,,,,,,,, I stood there like an absolute twit, they all came round me chatting , all I could say was 'if I was Twenty years younger I would scream', go on then they said I couldn't,,,,,,,,,,,,mouth open , gawping............Hubby went off and got tickets for the concert and bravely sat through it..............my only claim to fame......... |
