Yes, in 2003, I got a severe chest pains, and found it hard to breathe. I got rushed into hospital, where I got put on pure oxygen, and got some pain killers. The funny (If you can say that) is that I'd just been on holiday, and this was when the SARS Virus was about (In it's later stages) and when I told them, the nurses back away! lol. Turned out, it was a severe chest infection, which has caused part of the lining in my lower left lung to swell, hence why it was so hard to breath.

I was talking to my parents last week. My dad told me that when I was a baby I was very seriously ill and almost died. Despite bad odds I managed to survive. I hadn't known that. I was surprised.

had an ectopic pregnancy 19yrs ago. It took three hospital admissions before they got the diagnosis correct. After op, I was in hospital for 10 days, they couldn't get my temperature down due to severe infection. I had an ovary and fallopian tube removed, but 18 months later I gave birth to a healthy daughter wihout any complications. Just glad they got it right in the end.

I think I have one now! I am waiting for a scan on Thursday but my symptoms are getting worse. The Dr thinks its my gall bladder but the pain is no longer localised to that area and I am suffering with shortness of breath and raised blood pressure lol Ain't life grand!!! Julie xxx

Julie, that sounds awful. Give the doctor a ring, just to check gall stones would cause these symptoms
