... I love it - expecially on those Dutch Crispbake thingys lol. BUT - it is soooo expensive - and what do they put in it that tastes so good ? even the Lite version - I have never found a supermarket branded cream cheese that comes close to it - Have any of you ???

Anne never could get into it then had children and tried them on it but they don't like it. Can eat it now if it is there

My friend in Florida does a salsa topped with cream cheese - dip taccos or dipping chips - YUMMY !!!!!

1 packet cream cheese 1/2 pt of sour cream blend together until creamy but not runny spread in bottom of pie plate pour salsa sauce over top of cream cheese if you like black olives slice and put a layer over salsa sauce cover top with shredded ceddar cheeses (use other cheese if you wish) I usually use, mild cheddar, montaray jack & mozzerella place natcho chips around outside of dish for dipping. Yum, Yum

1 pack cream cheese 1/2 pt of sour cream 1/2 cup spinach (fresh) chopped couple slices of jalapeno peppers chopped black olives or sundried tomaotoes chopped (just a few) mix all together, spread on tortilla soft shells, roll and cut into bite size rounds bake in oven 350 until lightly browned and a little crisp to the touch My family has to have these for every family function and yes I'm the only one they let make them

if you can get the phillbury cresent rolls in the frozen pack these are great too. spread cresent rolls over bottom of well greased cookie sheet (9 x 12) pinch seams to close and bake until golden brown. once shell is cooled mix 1 pack cream cheese 1/2 pint sour cream 1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower & broccili florrets (save some of the broccili florrets 1 cup shredded cheese mix all together and cover the cresent shell sprinkle handful of the broccoli florrets over top. Put in fridge until chilled and cut into bite size pieces. get for a shower or party appetizer

sorry Kaz, lol. was on a roll there but now have headache, truly - so think I will call it a nite. Tomorrow I'll dig out my Philodelphia Cream Cheese cook book and have another go at it. Couldn't resist when I was it in the book store but sure has come in handy. pmsl.
