Daniel, There are several issues here: a) Cook's failure to make you cup of tea. b) you had to tidy your room the other week. tut. c) The iron branding incident (I left it third in list to soften the blow) which not only causes you physical injury and mental trauma but as someone pointed out, it may ruin your modelling career. You may need plasic surgery. Cook does not seem to be performing her duties to a high enough standard. I would check to see if she has a drink problem (note to others: perfectly undertandable if she has) You may wish to consider suing. You would of course need to engage a good solicitor. However, you do run the risk of needing to employ another cook in case it all turns nasty. (I would do this anyway in case she decides to poison your food.) Also the compensation would need to be a hefty amount in case Cook wishes to turf you out onto the street. Poor Daniel, things are not good are they? You may wish to pop in and see Auntie Julie over the water for some sympathy. I'm sure she would have some tea and scones. Of course you would need to visit Arrowe Park first. Remember to keep a record of it. Also take a photograph of the injury in case you need it in court. Take care x Lesley PS My internet connection is playing up so I'm not ignoring anyone if I don't reply ~~~~~~~~~~waves to everyone~~~~~~~~~~ PPS Just remembered - PollyAnna is an ex nurse, You may wish to visit her to recuperate.

Daniel make sure you fill in the accident book, fill in a form or whatever. I think to sue you would have to prove loss of earnings or substantial scarring. The firm might offer you some compensation if you make a fuss. By the way I saw your article in family tree magazine well done. I know what you look like now.

I can see from your post Daniel that you are not use to working. If you were then you would know that you have to; Stop & read the Health & Safety sheet before you enter The Work Area Sign the Visitors book (in case of fire) Make sure you are aware of your nearest fire exit. Ensure that you know who the 'First Aid Personal ' are A 'risk assesment' must be carried out before you contemplate the job in hand. I feel that you must be in breach of all of the above. You will now need to seal off the complete area until the Health & Safety Excutive has made a full report of his findings. That should only take about 6 months to complete & big wad of Tax payers money!. See easy when you know how!

I'm amazed you managed to recognise an iron. Have you ever used one? Perhaps not because then you would have realised that an iron left to heat up generally has a flex (that's that long wire thing that stick out of one end) attached to a plug that fixes to a socket where the switch is usually down indicating that the said appliance is on and will indeed be hot. nah Fred, lavender oil is very good for minor burnes. Helps prevent blistering and because of it's antiseptic properties keeps infection at bay. It's one of the few essential oils you can apply directly to the skin without the use of a carrier oil.

Forsooth he already had my address with which to send his photograph (wonderful invention the camera) and Christmas card..... but mayhap he hath mislaid it. And, no, Daniel - whoever you are - 'twas no invitation... would be too quiet for a 17-year-old here... :-)
