I have arrived, but also, got here safe in Dubai. I am in woman's apartment (not from G.R for a change) opposite the Capitol Hotel and Juremiah Palace Residence. It's very humid out there on the balcony and the time is 11:12. I am in the flat alone, sneaked onto the woman's dial up to say hi ;-). Just waiting on KFC and then off to bed. Got to Manchester at 2am up at 5, flight at 9 - 7 hours long! Reason it took ages to get to Manchester was beacuse we had trouble putting the cases in the car. A drunken neighbour ''helped'' us and chatted crap at the roadside, also saying I loooked like George off Big Brother (2 people said that now, gets!) Anyway we managed eventually and the rest is just boring. Wedding next Sunday and I have my camera, as well as professional photos and maybe even a DVD of the event. How about that! Glad to hear that you arrived safely Daniel. Mind if I were you, I'd try some of the local meals before the wedding - otherwise the intestines may take a battering - or is it going to be an English wedding 'breakfast / dinner'? Hope you enjoy yourself. |
