Thank you all for the positive vibes. Deacon came out of surgery this afternoon, a little later than expected, but everything has gone fine. He looks a little battered and bruised, but the doctors are pleased. He has taken a feed really well, better that they thought he would. He has little splints on his arms, so he can't touch his face. He looks so different, his whole face has changed, but he's still a little cutie. Thank you all so much for the vibes for him. Gem:)))) |

Just had a text from my brother, the surgeon has been to see Deacon, and is pleased with his success, and hopefully he will be home Thursday. Fingers crossed. Gem:)))) |

Another little update. Deacon came home today, a lot better than he was Tuesday. He can smile again, and talk, and is improving more and more now. Gem:))) |
