I don't think either of them should be booed, after all, it should be a private matter. oh and yes, takes two to tango, he was a married man and so (if what is alleged to have happened actually did happen) was in the wrong too BUT the difference is, he didn't sell his story to the papers to make a quick buck and make a career for himself did he ?

Sharon Osbourne has gone up in my estimation because of it:) I'm not interested in the Beckhams at all but I think it's very sad that James Hewitt and Rebecca Loos are being put forward as 'celebrities' because they shagged someone famous and blabbed. I'm not making any moral judgements about who they slept with cos they're no worse than the people who slept with them but it seems wrong to me that ITV are condoning selling sex for cash. Sharon was honest in her dislike which I much prefer to two-facedness. The comment she made to Rebecca Loos meant that she thought Rebecca didn't give a toss about the charity but was promoting herself - she wasn't belittling Save the Children. She's only paid to play judge on a telly show - she's not a professional anything so I don't think she was being unprofessional. Hewitt & Loos sold their sex lives into the public arena. They have to deal with the consequences of that.

Re the raising of funds for charity - accord to the Daily Express a couple of days ago - it is only a percentage of the telephone calls which go towards a charity. The contestants have been paid £25,000 - £75,000 PLUS £5,000 for each additional night they stay so Sharon was correct in her statement re charity. As for James Hewitt and his signing partner I cannot understand how on earth either of them are on there in my opinion - a) they cannot sing and b) their morals are definitely not tickety boo! Ann

Actually how do we know hes come out of this squeeky clean ? I seem to remember him getting flak in the papers around the time, and I cant help but feel sorry for posh in all that. At the end of the day, it was miiss LOO who sold her story and put the family through more upset. If she had kept her mouth shut (pardon the pun) when it was all done with no one would have got hurt. People who have affairs with rich married footballers or celebs are devious....its got nothing with falling for someone...its calculated. She sold her story and must take the aftermath of revulsion and flak...hope it was worth it. Elaine x

when they got caught out david beckham left her to take the flack,they were being watched by the papers.what did he do to support her .nothing,just left her to cope with the publicity herself.thats gutless to me.she surely has a right to her side of the story.xxxxxxxxxxxxxjoy

Elaine... how do you know its calculated. Maybe it is maybe it isn't. Maybe Rebecca fell in love with Beckham... she wouldn't have been the first women to make a fool of herself over a man. No one knows. All I'm saying is it takes 2 and just because Beckham happens to have a god given gift it doesn't make him blameless in what went on.

Loos was paid a lot of money to admit that she shagged a married man. Most women would be ashamed and embarrassed but she cashed in, so I have little sympathy for her. You reap what you sow in this life. If she only wanted to tell her side she could have given a free interview, not hired Max Clifford to maximise her money earning potential and posed half naked for lads' mags.. I had little respect for Beckham before the 'affair' and even less now. Sharon Osborne was doing what she's paid to do - get people watching and she settled a few scores along the way. Totally agree with David O. Those two and their 'type' are exactly the reason I don't buy daily newpapers or 'celebrity' magazines because I can't bring myself to contribute to the degradation. And it's shameful that people with real talent are voted off in favour of people like those two. Can't understand the British public - if indeed it really is the public and not a production stunt. If I was Sharon I may have found it difficult not to say something if it were my friends that Miss L had sold a story about (however distatsteful the actual circumstances were) purely in order to make money and gain this so called 'celebrity' stautus. What a great debate! I think R Loos got what she deserved - she is famous for a shag that she made Public to cash in on - plain and simple as that! She is still using that shag to make money - is she bothered about a charity no p[robably not, and as Sharon pointed out she is more interested in her own charity - did she get paid big money for her kiss n tell? Yes David B is to blame as well, he is a married man - he probabaly got a lot worse than boo's from his wife and family, so he didn't get away scott free, his wifes mistrust and comments and the thought that it could see him separted form his boys would have been enough punishment for him Sharon - unprofessional?? why is it David Beckham gets away with it , he has not sued either of the women for lying that he slept with them and no way would he and so called Posh , have let them get away with it if it was a lie. Also Sharon annoys me when she got robbed she complained about it all over the papers , yet on a TV chat show she said her Father used to steal and most of her things were stolen and she had a Coat with someones name in it .Talk about double standards . She is very unprofessional , she was very rude to Steve in the last series of the X Factor.

She was very right about Steve in the last X-factor - where is he now? As for the stealing - Ozzie used to admit to doing it too but SHE NEVER DID!! xx

I wonder if Sharon has asked her good friend David out loud whether he cheated on his wife?

I would imagine Sharon knows that he has as he hasn't sued but doesn't mean she is nice to him just cos Posh is her friend!! xx
