Still here then :o) Thanks for those who've sent their encouragement in the form of cheques (lol) 5 arrived so far.... Went out and bought a bike this afternoon - thought it was a good idea, since I could do with a bit of practice beforehand, haven't been on a bike in years lol Actually I bought TWO bikes.. one each :) Paul x |

yeah thats the idea Deanna - I've been out on the bike daily since I got it on Sunday, just a few miles a day, build up the leg muscles a bit - seriously haven't been on a bike in YEARS and although 12 miles might not sound much, it would be if I didn't warm myself up ! |
