Put it this way - when asked how much I weighed by a nurse because the dose of a drug I was about to be given depended on the weight of the patient - I expected her to come back through the curtains with something the size of a bicycle pump. OK ??

Mine is the opposite of what it should be!!! lol lol I will reveal my starting weight from my diet....whenever I reach my goal......so please don't watch this space...I have to be honest and this is what you'd call an on going project!!!! lol RDA.x.
