Thanks for your good luck wishes everyone. They worked! Ellie ran the 5km in 31 mins and I managed 43 mins and ran most of it. However, we returned home to the very sad news that my friend Kate has just died. She had pancreatic cancer. Please say a prayer for her and her young family. Daisy
