Yes, I'd like to add hugs for Jess too, if I may ((( ))) xx As a fellow adoptee, I can understand what that awful incident did to her. It just goes to show that she has tremendous courage and strength of character to be able to carry on, because if I had been the adoptee they'd picked on, I wouldn't be capable of very much by now. Hi David, Up until the time I went off for a chat on the phone the thread was very reasonable. Just giving the facts and our opinions. So it looks like one of the bullies complained - I can't imagine any reasonable person would have done. As I keep saying...... Shame on GR for giving Jess a warning, when is it right to blame the victim? I asked for an explanation and was told they couldn't discuss it. I expect I'll be on the naughty step soon. Gwynne |

I am on this site less and less these days because I can not be bothered with all the rubbish happening. It appears that more and more trouble makers are appearing. Not allowing the good people on this site to have an opinion but shoving their opinions down our throats. I am begining to not want to come on here at all. I am organising the Berkshire meet and I am truly thankful that the people I have coming to the meet are the great people on here that I enjoy friendly conversations with! If wasn't for that very fact I would consider not going! I have no idea what Davids post was about but I have never found David offensive and could not imagine why any of his posts would be taken off! :o) |

David there was absolutely nothing wrong with your thread. However, I'm not surprised it went because it consisted of people giving their opinions of what's being happening lately and someone obviously didn't like that and complained. Zoe I have the other night's but not David's thread. |

Thanks Mags:) That's about the size of it Meercat:( And why are Jeanette, Lemon and Bec banned for swearing when there is so much worse going on - and being condoned by some members. Do I take it that Meercat's thread has gone too?? (only been gone for a couple of hours.) What IS the matter with GR support? I would have thought that if they bothered to read these threads before pulling them, it would be very obvious exactly what IS going on. It doesn't require a superbrain to work out who is being confrontational, again and again and again. I couldn't see anything wrong with either thread. Loved the instructions as to how David should post!!! Jay |
