I've looked everywhere, can't find it, retraced my steps... definitely had it at around 1.30 when I dropped the dog off... went to shop on way back to lunch.. think it must have fallen from my pocket as I got in/out of the car.. have been back to the shop, no sign. Am in the middle of cancelling my cards now... fortunately, I think I have a 'spare' card here somewhere, and of course we already have currency... main problem is likely to be driving license for car hire, which is already booded and paid for !! fortunately we're in a grou with three drivers and were going to take 2 cars... hopefully the 'non-driving' driver will step up... or we'll be able to upgrade to a minibus... I repeat - what a nightmare !!! |

I know this is a silly question but have you reported it to the police...they may be still some honest people out there you know...you need to anyway for your house insurance.....don't bite my head off lol............... |

Paul, there was nothing in your wallet to say you were going to be away on holiday was there? even if your wallet is at the police station you are right to cancel the cards because they have been out of your sight. As you say, what a nightmare and what a horrible feeling when you realised. Do you need to notify DVLA re the license too? Ann Glos |
