i collect paperweights i have about 25 now no-one is ever stuck for what to buy me was given one as a child but left it at my mums when i left home she gave me it back about 2 years ago and it started from there sue c x i also collect ironing have a very large collection of that lol (any offers)

I collect Rent cheques. - Property Manager. lol. Used to collect 'David Winters' Cottages, Used to collect 'Norman Rockwell' plates, have quite a collection of both but now they collect dust. Oh and I collect books - not old ones just books, buy them read them and hate to give them away so they collect dust on the shelves. So now I guess I can say I collect bookcases. Am going to stick to collecting ancesters they don't take up much space except on my discs. Debs

Anything and everything it would appear from the state of my house!!! I am such a hoarder, I mean collector! My main one is elephants - ornaments, fabric with elephants, stuffed (toy) ones,candle ones, clothes with elephants on etc etc. I also have several nice paperweights, attractive embossed tins, a few three wise monkeys, and lots of other items. All of them collect dust but many are gifts and I wouldn't part with them.

Old books, tin toys and naff religious icons - I found the first few, now friends bring me these things back from holiday. I don't want to offend anyone - these are genuinely on sale and are awful!! For example, lovely black resin head of Jesus - with the added bonus of a gold glitter 'crown of thorns' and a blue glitter beard! (from Italy) Glow in the dark Shiva etc etc maggie

:0))))) Sue ............phew ...........you had me worried there....I had visions of your house being overrun by large and small leggy dogs .......just like you see on the tele ........but its usually hundreds of cats owned by some batty old lady! (no offense intended to all you cat lovers x x) ps. I think whippets are lovely Jen x (who collects certificates/old books/grungy teenagers and grey hair!!)

Blue and White plates..... My oldest early 18c, a gift from my dad who scours antique fairs :) All proudly displayed without the use of wire plate hangers :))) Chris
