...sent this to feedback but still awaiting proper reply...also posted on the success board.... I made contact with a previously unknown blood relative on this site just recently and was grateful to all the advice found on the many adoption threads, managed diligently by Jess and other incredibly helpful and supportive members. I'm in no doubt that you by now realise just how many of your members you have alienated by barring Jess from the GR site....I am still very unclear of what your reason for this is, however, I hazard a guess you may be regretting your decision. People searching for relatives for geneology and family trees fall into many categories, and by the number of messages attached to each adoption thread, hundreds more than any other threads, it's plain to all that the adoption triangle is one of the major categories of people seaching for relatives. I was so excited to find such a popular site frequented by so many people involved in the adoption triangle and just made my first posting after spending a couple of months browsing thru previous threads. I believe you have made a grave error in judgement barring such a helpful and popular character on all these boards and am certain that this will find it's way into the national press momentarily. I look forward to you posting a full explanation of the situation on here for us all to see as I am furious that my postings now appear to have disappeared, knowing that I have not committed any offence under the board rules. I eagerly await your response to my email. ....still wondering what the heck happened, all seems like a molehill that this website have decided to make into a mountain, very disappointing! CR

Looks like D.D has been barred too. Sorry to be late with this, but I have always enjoyed the friendly banter with those - and they know who they were. If GR could fix their own problems instead of worrying about other peoples' perceived probs this would be a better site. Regards, Bernie
