Hi All Thanks for all your wonderful support - it means so much. I've had the scan - don't know what I was so worried about really. All went well, and apparently they have found that I've got a brain - lol. I won't know any results until 5th Jan as that's the follow up appointment. As for doing something nice tomorrow, I'm off out on the raz - daughter Diana's hen night :-). Meal and then a pub crawl I've been informed. Take my advice and stay away from Bodmin tomorrow evening :-) PP xx

Gaynor I just kept my eyes shut all the time, and they played Ken Bruce on Radio 2 through the headphones. There was a cool breeze blowing across my face all the time. The nurses were ever so friendly which helped. I wouldn't be worried if I have to have another one in the future. PP xx PS - hope that your neck problems are better.
