Dont kay... when we bought the house.. we went for Buildings insurance with one company... they wanted to charge us over £1300 a year.. we questioned this... as it was through the roof.. they said.. we are at High risk of coastal fllood... we said... we are 30 miles inland??? the sea would have to come ina blinking long way!! we went with another company... only £ 147 a year! so dont mention the word flood! lol |
