I have just read this message. It brought tears to my eyes. I will now light my candle and think of others. I lost my step-father 7 years ago on 2nd January. It has made me think of him. I had him home from the Hospice so that he could spend his last Christmas at home. Sue

My candle is still going strong after 7 hours, we raised a glass to absebt friends at dinner, but ours are never far from our thoughts on days like this and usually get a mention over the dinner table anyway. Hope everyone is having a good christmas day. Carolyn

Lemon, as usual a lovely kind thought. I have only just come on after a hectic day but i promise i shalllight my special candle that i bought when my little neice died aged 10. Today i will light it for all those who have lost, ill etc. You are one special lady. Wendy.xxxxxx

Thankyou to everyone who joined to light a candle, lovely to think you all took a moment to think of Jennifer and her son Stephen, and also bringing a light back for people lost to yourselves. What a lovely thought Lems. I too have been very touched by Jennifer's loss, and have been with her from the beginning when she first came online to tell us about it. Pity I missed it, as I would have lit a candle too.
