For the concern shown to me from so many people on here, Howie for posting as I didn't know anyone was, for the messages, the threads, the verses from Jeff and Donna Strump, (Donna I lit a candle) the texts( especially the one where Fred appeared to be offering to rob the cemetery for flowers again bless him) , and phone calls , and thankyou to everyone who sent cards Polly,Howie, Babs, Sue H, Joanie, Dawnie as of the 3 little Piglets, Sue in Walesa and the beautiful flowers from the Welcome Inn regulars . The lovely peeps in Matlock who were so nice to me. I realise last week might have been a bit of a surprise for most people, as my stupid dicky ticker wasn't widely known about. I have had angina for a very long time and last week was just a wee blip, a regular yearly assesment at the nurse last Monday showed problems, so she enlisted my GP who also started to be a bit concerned, so she got me in for a stress test on one of those treadmill thingys, and the resting ECG before it was irregular, so the opinion was in the week before I had probably suffered a mild heart attack and I was admitted there and then, unfit to do a stress test, and told I needed another angigram. Much to my injured pride I was wheeled off in pluddy trainers of all things, protesting I had a hair appointment next day. Anyway to cut a long story short, after a whole load of tests and jags in my wee wobbly belly ouch! It was decided on Friday if I thought I could manage the treadmill they would leave off the angigram for now. So this wee porter who had wheeled me in took me to the racecourse (last time he wheeled me I blethered so much he took the wrong turning and we ended up lost). The stress test was done and the concensus is that it was not a heart attack but a spasm in my artery, and I was allowed home on Friday at 4pm attatched to a 24 hour monitor, they told me to do everything as normal to get a resting and active result.....er now what I was going to have normally done was go to Matlock...so much to the concern of the Gman thats what I wanted to do. I will need to go back for another stress test and another scan, and my medication is up but I am fine, just a bitty tired. XXXXXXX Love Lems PS Borrowed Sparras account as I wanted to say thanks personally, and give you all my love. Thankyou
