Member Since: March 2005 Posts: 51 Send Message	On Saturday 24th my dear mother finally succumbed to her illness and peacefully passed away. She had been plagued with heart problems for many years and this coupled with severe pneumonia proved too much for her. I have spent the weekend feeling rather numb and confused but I like to think that she is now with my father who died 23 years ago. He was her one and only love and she missed him madly. She gave everything of herself to me, my brother and sister, she adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and she leaves behind her many good memories. Love you lots mum.

	It's a shock Wendy, isn't it, even when it is expected, and the feeling of disbelief, as if you are in a dream.....I will be thinking of you in the days ahead.......such a sad time....

	So sorry to read this. It's nearly 9 years since we lost my lovely Mum and the pain is still there. But the wonderful memories more than make up for the pain. Gwynne
