Hi Diana David and me! Linda: Charvil might possibly be Ruscombe - didn't know there was a station at Charvil - but certainly a main line track to Twyford - perhaps someone could do a pick up?) Possibly we could.

Sorry Linda - my mistake (again) Charvil itself doesn't have a station...... I meant to put its 5 mins from Charvil itself! There are frequent buses from both Reading and Twyford station. xx

All I have to do is write to my aunt who lives in Twyford and see if she will let me sleep on her sofa, and it will be a yes if I can. We aren't that close, just keep in touch by phone sometimes, and Christmas card, she is an aunt by marriage and from my dad's side of the family which I never knew well till I started doing the tree. She is only 10 yrs older than me. If I write rather than phone it won't put her on the spot.Will let you know as soon as I can. Liz
