I had a leak the water was coming through the kitchen ceiling...this plumber was telling me that it was coming from the shower....I didn't believe him so he took me out to the meter.....he said it won't be moving but after watching it for a short time it did start to move :-0 He was treating me like the the little woman :-| :-| He couldn't apologize enough after that.....it was an isolation valve that had failed :-D |

:-D :-D :-D .....it is most probably the float thingy in the cistern then :-) You can see if you have a leak elsewhere by looking at your meter....if you are not using any water the meter shouldn't move at all.....sometimes you have to look at it for 5-10 mins if it is a small leak but if you think it was the loo it shouldn't move at all :-) |
